PORTICON is a family business founded in 1989 and based in Valencia, whose activity is the promotion and construction of buildings for residential, commercial or industrial use, the construction of single-family and semi-detached houses, as well as reparcelling and urbanization.
We have more than 30 years of experience in the construction sector, during which we have developed numerous constructions of houses, commercial offices and buildings, supermarkets, banquet halls, sanitation works, sewerage, facilities, road paving, sports courts and parks. We have also developed PAIS (programs for integrated action in land) and their corresponding urbanization works. The joint experience of promotion, urbanization and construction has made us experts in Comprehensive Construction Management projects "turnkey modality".
